Leadership Programs

Under the Leadership Skills segment, Baltis L&D provides an exhaustive set of programs specifically designed to help both the existing and potential leadership. Each of these programs aim to help create an environment in and around the workspace which displays the reason for leaders to become, be and continue as leaders.
The program details also list out the manner in which the Cybernetic Theory of Learning is integrated into the course curriculum and a Feedback Plug to observe changes during & post workshop.
