Our Academic Programs are developed to cover the entire range of student-faculty equation and optimization of knowledge transfer to ensure quality performance at both ends.

CAREER TRACK
Career Track is a solution designed for students to help them think before, during and beyond conventional professional themes.
The program is spread out over a minimum of 1 semester to help students understand differences between professional and academic environment and leverage positives to condition their personality . It also covers methods of selecting a career path.

CORPORATE ORIENTATION
Corporate Orientation is a 20 day program helping students specifically prepare for interviews which further helps them during both campus recruitment activities and personal job search.
The following are the program highlights:

  • Presentation skills – of self, knowledge, attitude and potential
  • Shortlisting companies and gaining knowledge of their culture and environment
  • Internalizing research output into approach methods
  • Sitting for group discussions and interviews - mock rounds and feedback sessions

FACULTY PROGRAMS
Faculty programs are ideally designed to run simultaneously with student programs to ensure a 360° approach, however they can also be run independently.
Our 2 program offerings, which are run for a minimum of 3 days each, address extremely critical areas of developing students for professional and academic excellence.
