Arti with a total experience of 12 years within the Learning and Development domain has worked for and spearheaded the successful setting up of training functions for organizations such as GE Hyderabad, Convergys Bangalore, WNS Pune & Mumbai and Epicentre Technologies Mumbai. Having worked with businesses such as Microsoft, Cisco Systems, JP Morgan Chase , American Express, AT&T etc. in different branches of L&D such as communication, product and leadership training and transitioning large number of people from the learning phase to operations, Arti has followed through a wide spectrum of why and how of training, particularly focusing on what an organization expects from a certain training intervention or a learning process and how through performance it has to make a visible contribution to the ROI of any given business.

Gene is a Bachelor of Science In Physics and Computer Science from Miami University. He is a passionate Systems Thinker and after reading Stafford Beer's "Platform for Change" in 1976 there was no turning back. Over the past 35+ years he has undertaken endeavours in numerous industries with Systems Thinking being the consistent thread woven through all the various endeavours as well as the centre he repeatedly returned to. He has also started SystemsWiki as one more dimension of the on-going endeavour to understand how the world is connected. Gene has applied Systems  Thinking not only in the world of modelling and simulations but also in the space of organizational behaviour and processes. His forum on LinkedIn called the Systems Thinking World has over 12,500 contributors from across the globe and across domains regularly discussing to identify areas and methods of applying Systems Thinking.
