Interviewing skills
As recruiters we need to ensure that the most appropriate people are absorbed into the system. People who either display positive potential to develop or have already excelled based on knowledge, skill and attitude. Even though there are streamlined processes to check the manner and result of hiring, our own perceptions as recruiters find very limited space in becoming a part of the hiring judgement. A 2 day program to constructively include our perceptions while conducting the Behaviour Event Interview : BEI
